Progressive Focusing: Get the best resolution at all depths.
The Progressive Focal Correction technique (Dynamic Focusing) - FocPro, incorporated in all our PAS, lets you to obtain images correctly focused at any depth. By using FocPro, you can get the best lateral resolution possible, improving the capacity of defect detection and the quality of the images. Unlike other methods of Dynamic Focusing available in the market, the technique ProFoc does not require the user intervention to define the position of the focus. SITAU Systems automatically compute the position of the focus to obtain the best possible image in each case, according to the inspection parameters.
Obtained with fixed focusing at 20mm (a), fixed focusing at 40 mm (b) and progressive focusing (ProFoc®) (c).
